Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Purpose Of The Position:
To provide administrative assistance to all departments in Acquired Brain Injury Ireland, (ABII), National Office in Dun Laoghaire and assist with the provision of reception duties.
Hours:
- 5 hours per week.
Responsible To:
ABII Designated Supervisor on a day to day basis and the PICES Supervisor.
Administration Duties:
- Provide administrative support to all departments within ABII National Office Dun Laoghaire.
- Assist the Finance Department with invoice preparation, statements and distribution.
- Assist the HR department with the preparation and printing of staff ID cards
- Assist with the preparation of printed documentation / flyers for ABII promotional material.
- Administrative tasks supporting the effective gathering of data and information in preparation for any upcoming reports.
- Ordering of relevant stationary as needed.
- File maintenance and storage of all hard / soft copy files in line with GDPR requirements.
- Input administrative data from the various departments into relevant databases as required.
- Attend training and team meetings as required.
- Other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Reception Duties:
- Provide Reception cover as required.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in the appropriate manner.
- Distribute incoming post to individual departments.
- Bring outgoing post to Post Office.
- Prepare meeting rooms as required.
- Typing and photocopying as directed.
Candidate Requirements:
