This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting the launch of their newest innovation. Based at their modern office with top-class facilities, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day office and administrative support across the team.
- Efficiently process new membership applications and maintain accurate membership records.
- Collaborate with the customer support and maintenance teams to ensure the fleet is operational and well-maintained.
- Handle general administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Core Duties:
- Manage new member onboarding, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with support partners to keep all vehicle documentation up to date.
- Oversee taxation renewals for a large fleet of vehicles.
- Administer the eFlow account and ensure toll trips are recharged correctly.
- Process fines, penalties, and outstanding payments efficiently.
- Create purchase orders and support the invoice process.
- Document vehicle onboarding/offboarding.
- Investigate roadside assistance issues and liaise with partners to improve response times and reduce vehicle downtime.
- Monitor expenses and ensure accurate recharging to customers.
- Regularly review and improve internal processes and administrative efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Proven experience managing administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
