Executive Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to join a leading professional services firm in Dublin. This is a key role providing high-level support to Partners and senior team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Partners and senior management by ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing key administrative functions, and contributing to the efficiency of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for Partners
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to Partners and senior staff
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules with effective prioritisation
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and presentations
  • Handle correspondence and communications in a professional and confidential manner
  • Maintain client contact records within CRM systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to support efficient client onboarding
  • Prepare and update templates, reports, and client documentation
  • Take minutes and follow up on actions from key meetings
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role within a professional services or corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems an advantage
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who also works well independently
