My client has an exciting opportunity to join their Dublin office as an Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career within a dynamic and global professional services firm. You will provide essential support to Audit and Assurance Partners and key members of their team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for Partners.
  • Provide PA and administrative support to Partners and senior team members.
  • Manage diaries, prioritise appointments and coordinate schedules.
  • Organise internal and external meetings with precision and professionalism.
  • Handle client and colleague communications, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and client-facing materials.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the Client Take-On Team.
  • Manage correspondence, take minutes at team meetings and track follow-up actions.
  • Assist with special projects, business continuity planning and ad-hoc tasks.

  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage (training provided).
  • Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
