• 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
• Team leadership and customer service.
• KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.
• Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Product knowledge.
• Good English skills/understanding.
• Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly.
