About the Role
Morgan McKinley are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is perfect for a high-energy individual with a proven track record in strong stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, 360 recruitment and with a background in international markets, particularly across Australia and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your client management and recruitment expertise in the Marketing sector while working with a global client base.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and build a robust candidate and client network through regular meetings and calls (60+ weekly).
- Deliver market insights and reporting across multiple verticals to inform client decisions.
- Represent the agency as a subject matter expert on recruitment practices and contracting processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage and onboard large-scale clients, including those using MSP and third-party systems.
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies tailored to current market trends.
- Conduct business development to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships through client meetings and market mapping.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent and contract positions within Marketing, Communications & Digital Marketing.
- Champion internal initiatives such as social events, DEI efforts, and brand ambassadorship.
- 3+ years’ experience in managing large-medium client accounts.
- Demonstrated experience working with international clients or talent pools, particularly in Australia or other English-speaking markets.
- Experience managing contracting desks and understanding MSP workflows.
- Proven success recruiting across Marketing, Digital, and Technology disciplines.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Google Suite, and talent platforms.
- Experience with designing client collateral as well as client analysis & statistics
- Strong communicator and presenter with the ability to engage clients and candidates at all levels.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience managing end to end recruitment cycle for permanent and contract positions within Marketing, Communications & Digital Marketing.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands, and manage complex stakeholder groups
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and team collaboration.
- Social and creative contributor – previous involvement in team events, social committees, or office ambassadorships a plus.
Additional Information:
- Minimum Annual Remuneration: €38,000
- Location of Employment: Connaught House, One Burlington Road, Dublin 4, D04 C5Y6
- Hours per week: 37.5
- Requirement to be onsite 4 days per week
- Applicants must have full working authorisation for Ireland
