Senior Developer Analyst - (4 posts) ICT Specialist Post (Grade VII) (Specified Purpose Wholetime up to 31st December 2028) Reference: 683a/2025 and 684a/2025
As a Senior Developer Analyst reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will be the principal hands-on engineer and solution analyst within your workstream, translating product vision into secure, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions.

This role is intentionally designed as a hybrid position, combining software engineering with business analysis and process automation.

You will work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse and redesign business processes, and deliver solutions using a combination of pro-code development and low-code/generative code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Copilot Studio alongside Azure-based services.

You will also apply automation and AI where appropriate to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

These roles are primarily software engineering roles, with additional responsibility for business analysis and process optimisation using automation and low‑code technologies.

Hours of Work: A 35-hour working week is in operation.

Location: The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses, i.e. Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght. Attendance at the other campuses will also be required from time to time for in-person team meetings, stakeholder engagement, etc.

Salary:

The successful candidate will be appointed at point (01) of the Administrative Officer (Grade VII) Salary Scale i.e. € 61,217 gross per annum unless the arrangements set out in Circular Letter 08/2019 apply PMSS---Starting-Pay---RevisedArrangements.pdf
