Talent Sourcer - Technical (Fixed Term Contract) - Fenergo
Fenergo is a global leader in FinTech and RegTech, driving the market transformation of Client Lifecycle Management. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to expand our Talent Team with a dedicated and driven Talent Sourcer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in identifying and engaging the best talent across various functions within Fenergo.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will work closely with recruiting teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for multiple business-critical roles mainly across our Engineering and Product Teams. Your creativity and proactive approach will be instrumental in reaching out to top talent in the market, and you will also play a key part in enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.
Please note that this is a fixed term contract for a period of 9 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that proactively generate candidate interest and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilize various channels including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates through pre-interviews in order to provide hiring teams with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Partner with talent partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and collaborate on sourcing strategies.
- Support hiring teams with interview coordination and scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture across various platforms.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
- Support additional talent projects and initiatives as required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of dedicated experience in sourcing within a fast-paced, dynamic tech/SaaS environment.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for technical roles within Ireland and EMEA is required.
- Strong proactive sourcing skills, with a proven ability to generate candidate interest.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Knowledge of the FinTech/RegTech industry is a plus but not required.
- Passionate about attracting top talent and promoting the employer brand.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
