What you'll be doing
Identify and develop new opportunities- Research and identify suitable locations and prospective partners
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
- Establish relationships with potential contacts and key stakeholders
- Manage projects from first contact through to successful agreement completion
- Guide stakeholders through the process and maintain regular communication
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Lead discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and partnership
- Understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
- Maintain accurate records and activity updates using internal systems
- Track progress and ensure data is consistently up to date
- Attend site visits and meetings where necessary
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Fluent German language skills (C1+ level) with strong written and verbal communication
- Basic English skills
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Previous sales, customer service, negotiation, or business development experience is an advantage but not essential
