We are delighted to partner with a prestigious, global multinational organisation based in Cork to recruit a Project Administrator for an initial 12-month contract.
In this role, you will act as a pivotal support mechanism for global teams. Your primary focus will be keeping large-scale studies organised, compliant, and running seamlessly from initial start-up right through to close-out. What You'll Do:
Project Coordination- Meeting Management: Coordinate regional and trial-level meetings, including managing schedules, drafting agendas, taking precise minutes, and tracking action items.
- Collaboration: Upload meeting minutes to internal collaboration platforms and global systems.
- Communications: Support the creation of newsletters, project communications, and regular status updates.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to shared learning forums and cross-team coordination efforts.
- Lifecycle Support: Assist with routine study activities, including formal study close-out processes.
- Compliance: Maintain and support inspection-ready study files in collaboration with clinical teams and management.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine and pre-inspection quality reviews of critical study documentation.
- Data Management: Support the filing, indexing, updating, and archiving of documents across internal systems.
- Audit Support: Assist with regulatory and mock inspection backroom activities.
- Submissions: Support the collection, review, and verification of data required for formal submission activities.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain study timelines and trial data within dedicated clinical systems.
- Troubleshooting: Update and troubleshoot study information as project parameters change.
- Reporting: Produce and distribute comprehensive project status reports.
- Analytics: Generate milestone, budget, enrolment, and performance reports in tandem with management.
- Financial Admin: Support study budget activities, including the generation of purchase orders and e-requisitions.
- Logistics: Order, track, and ship essential study supplies, tools, and materials.
- Tracking: Monitor and report on regional and global enrolment data.
