Warehouse Manager

Role Overview:

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, processing, and dispatch of a diverse range of products. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high safety and compliance standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all warehouse activities in line with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
• Ensure efficient space utilization, inventory accuracy, and optimal warehouse layout.
• Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, kitting, value-added services, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
• Guarantee full compliance with ISO standards, health & safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and environmental policies.
• Coach, mentor, and lead warehouse staff to maintain high performance, safety, and engagement levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
• Prepare and present monthly operational reports and ad hoc analyses as required.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse personnel, ensuring all certifications and training requirements are fulfilled.
• Assign responsibilities and evaluate team performance to support individual and organizational growth.
• Support senior management with additional assignments as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a Warehouse Manager role.
• APICS or equivalent Supply Chain certification is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Kitting and Assembly Operations is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and people management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is advantageous.
