Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid; 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: €34,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing and Multimedia Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in market research and marketing coordination, who is eager to make a real impact as we expand into new international markets, particularly across India and Asia.
This position plays a key role in driving market intelligence and helping shape product and brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze market insights, industry trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct competitor research and prepare monthly and quarterly landscape reports.Develop strategic marketing briefs and detailed plans for campaigns and product launches.
Monitor product performance post-launch and help refine future strategies.
Support business development and forecasting efforts through research and reporting.
Coordinate marketing projects across departments, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate campaign results to inform future initiatives.
Monitor and interpret customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve satisfaction.
Research relevant industry events and activities to support brand awareness and expansion efforts.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, market research, or multimedia content creation.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Demonstrated understanding of brand and product lifecycle planning.
Desirable Skills: Fluency in an additional language—preferably Hindi or another Asian language—is a strong asset.
Experience with marketing in or for Asian markets, particularly India.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
