What the day will look like
As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you’ll be working across the full spectrum of day-to-day operational activities, including:
- Billing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and cash application
- WIP & debt reporting and tracking
- Driving process improvement initiatives
- Supporting external audits
- Acting as an operations point of contact for internal teams and external clients for billing, collections, and financial queries
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer, vendor, and financial data within our system of record and other systems

Skills and experience that will lead to success- Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Previous experience in a Finance or Operations Department
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
- Previous experience in the Professional Services Industry
- Experience with financial systems and knowledge of the Human Capital Business would be an advantage
- Working towards an accountancy qualification is a plus, but not required
