Finance Operations Analyst

What the day will look like

As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you’ll be working across the full spectrum of day-to-day operational activities, including:

  • Billing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and cash application
  • WIP & debt reporting and tracking
  • Driving process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting external audits
  • Acting as an operations point of contact for internal teams and external clients for billing, collections, and financial queries
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer, vendor, and financial data within our system of record and other systems

You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients, making every day varied and rewarding.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential
  • Previous experience in a Finance or Operations Department
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
  • Previous experience in the Professional Services Industry
  • Experience with financial systems and knowledge of the Human Capital Business would be an advantage
  • Working towards an accountancy qualification is a plus, but not required
