Part-Time Operations Manager – Cleaning Services

About the Role
We are a growing cleaning company looking for a hands-on Part-Time Operations Manager to help us manage and grow our team.
This role will focus on recruiting and training new cleaners, carrying out site visits to ensure quality, and supporting day-to-day operations.
As the business expands, hours and responsibilities may increase. Around busy periods (such as Christmas), you may also assist with client-related activities, such as coordinating and delivering seasonal gifts.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and onboard new cleaners.
Train staff to meet company standards and client expectations.
Carry out site visits and inspections to monitor performance.
Maintain client relationships, handling issues promptly.
Assist with occasional seasonal tasks (e.g., delivering gifts to clients at Christmas).
Requirements
Experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or a supervisory role.
Fluent English (required); Portuguese is a plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Full driving licence
