This isn't a high-volume cold-calling role. It is a strategic, relationship-driven position where success comes from quality interactions, executive engagement, and deep discovery.

You’ll work directly with mid-market organisations, partnering with senior leaders to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities for AI-led transformation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through thoughtful, targeted outreach and research
  • Lead consultative conversations with senior decision-makers, including C-suite and executive stakeholders
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable impact
  • Build strategic account plans by mapping stakeholders and understanding complex organisational structures
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership on account development and growth strategies
  • Develop compelling hypotheses around how AI and technology solutions can support customer goals
  • Own qualification processes and ensure high-quality opportunities are transitioned effectively within the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Continuously strengthen your understanding of AI, SaaS technologies, and market trends

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Native level fluency in French (C1+) and English (C1+)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and executive audiences

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience in technology sales, business development, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation environments
  • Exposure to account planning and strategic customer development
  • Strong curiosity and ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences
  • Excellent storytelling and consultative communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
