We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Account Manager to join a leading global technology and digital advertising organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of established mid-market clients, helping them grow through innovative digital advertising solutions, AI-powered technologies, and strategic account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, increasing product adoption, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of retail and digital-native businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support clients in maximising the value of digital advertising solutions and emerging technologies.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and campaign outcomes.
- Promote adoption of new products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic consultations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience within digital advertising, online marketing, social media advertising, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience analysing data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools and technologies, including the ability to interpret and apply AI-generated insights.
- Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, native advertising, or programmatic advertising solutions.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or customer outcomes.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices and emerging AI technologies.
- Strong sales and relationship management capabilities.
