Senior Recruiter New

Cpl HR Recruitment as looking to speak with experienced senior recruiters in the construction and engineering space for a permanent role with a large fast paced client to support with hiring across major projects in Ireland and Europe based in South Dublin.

Role and responsibilities, will include:

• Partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver recruitment for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial roles.
• Run end-to-end recruitment campaigns using direct sourcing, networking and agency management.
• Build strong talent pipelines and maintain high candidate experience standards.
• Screen, interview and guide candidates through each stage.
• Represent the company at industry events and track key hiring metrics.

Experience and skills required:

• Proven in house recruitment experience (construction/engineering)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles at pace.
• Experience with ATS platforms and data-driven hiring.
• Excellent sourcing ability
• European hiring experience is preferred
