Glanua Graduate Programme 2026 - 2028
Our programme is designed to provide you with a holistic view of the water and wastewater industry by exposing you to various aspects of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management through structured rotations.
Commencing in September 2026, each rotation lasts for 6 months, during which you will gain experience in our Pre-contract, Design, Build and Asset Management departments and have the unique opportunity to experience a rotation in both Ireland and the UK.Please ensure that you can work freely between Ireland and the UK.
Our graduates will become familiar with both our Municipal and Industrial sectors and gain both office and site experience.

Higher Certificate in Science in Water and Wastewater Operations
