Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional administrative support across a range of functions including data entry and document preparation.
  • Manage correspondence via email and phone in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and databases.
  • Liaise with external service providers, suppliers and stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and internal policies and procedures.
  • Support ongoing projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
