Customer Care Representative (Call Centre - UK Customers)

Transportation: €2/week for travel to and from work

Our client, a leading joinery manufacturer in Europe, is currently seeking Customer Care Representatives to support UK-based customers from their call centre team in Co. Cork, Ireland.

This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:

• Handling inbound customer care calls from UK customers
• Determining if service calls are covered under warranty or are chargeable
• Logging all call details accurately into the database
• Processing payments for chargeable service calls before dispatching engineers
• Answering queries about spare parts and arranging deliveries
• Coordinating with service engineers on outstanding customer calls
• Updating the system on material orders and resolutions

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM
• Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Holidays:

• 20 fixed company holidays
• 10 public holidays annually

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland
