Store Supervisor - 24 Hours
Overview:
Reporting to: Store Manager
The Role:
As a Store Supervisor you will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily with your team so that you can create an exceptional inviting customer experience in your store. You will support your Store Manager with all aspects of day to day running of your store from team management and coaching to housekeeping, sales and service.You should be comfortable in a leadership role and have a desire to seek out brand opportunities for store. Your store is one of our many wellbeing hubs across the UK and Ireland, that plays a vital part in the retail side of NEOM.
Responsibilities:
Key objectives & Responsibilities- Have co-responsibility for the day to day running of a standalone store.
- Drive forward sales and company objectives.
- Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
- Take full ownership of store and team in Store Managers absence.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive.
- Always provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing.
- Work on initiative and be super proactive.
- Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks.
- Always maintain company standards.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld.
- Organise and support in store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand whilst working with partnering businesses.
- Ongoing coaching of existing and newly recruited team members.
- Taking responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately taken.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Store Manager.
Qualifications:
Behaviours and skills- Retail experience ideally within health/beauty environment.
- IT literate with confidence in MS Office, Excel and Google Drive.
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Work on initiative and be super proactive.
- Confidence to lead and motivate a team with daily tasks.
- Have the desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
- Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase store footfall.
- Meticulous attention to detail, able to maintain impeccable standards in store.
Social and Environmental responsibilities
You will be responsible for proactively identifying how you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, our colleagues, our community, and our customers, whether this is through minimising store waste, educating customers on how to reuse, refill or recycle their products, becoming an advocate for inclusive work environments, joining our volunteer days or raising awareness for our charity partners.Everyone at NEOM has a part to play.
- Ensure regular reporting and monitoring of waste streams and air quality within your store.
- Build relationships with Operational Teams and/or landlords to improve the environmental performance of your store.
- Proactively identify opportunities to fundraise for our partnered charity, through in store events and/or brand partnerships.
- Lead and champion our community initiatives providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your stores local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment.
