Business Development Specialist (Italian & Spanish Speaking)

OTE: €67,000 OTE (€43,500 base)

In this role, you’ll be the first spark in the sales cycle - creating meaningful conversations, uncovering opportunities, and helping global brands discover the power of our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with experienced Account Executives to build and execute smart prospecting strategies
• Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across multiple channels and industries
• Identify and engage high-potential companies that would benefit from our solutions
• Drive new business pipeline and contribute directly to the company’s growth
• Play a key role in shaping how we expand into new markets

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English
• 9+ months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role
• A high-energy, target-driven mindset
