Production Technician - 11 month contract New

Our client, a leading medical device recruiter are now hiring Production Technicians onsite in Limerick for an 11 month contract.

Ideally we are looking for candidates with production experience however we will consider CV's from other industries with transferable skills.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Operate production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products.
• Assists with quality control inspections of products on assembly line.
• Review, implement and adhere all quality and safety requirements and guidelines.
• Correct basic manufacturing problems as directed.
• Prepares accurate records/documentation related to work in progress.
• Report production problems
• Assist with set up of equipment.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance and/or repairs needed on equipment.
• Clean equipment as needed.
• Communicating clearly to team as required.
• Support overtime during high demands
• Works and complies with procedures assigned to area.

Education Requirements:

• Leaving Certificate or Equivalent trade qualification . We will review candidates that have relevant working experience in place of leaving certificate.

• Shift - 4 cycle shift working both day and night shift
• Rate of Pay - €14.48 + 33 percent shift premium
