Salary: €17.00 – €18.00 per hour + Tips
Hours: 35–40 hours per week

About the Role
A busy and well-established hospitality operation on Ireland’s west coast is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team for the summer season.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment driven by strong seasonal demand, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional kitchen while earning strong seasonal income.
You will work within a structured team delivering consistent, quality food during peak service periods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your assigned kitchen section during servicePrepare and cook dishes to menu specifications
Maintain consistency in quality and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of your section
Follow HACCP and food safety standards
Assist with prep and mise en place
Support senior chefs and contribute to team efficiency
Perform effectively during high-volume service
Candidate Profile
Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step upAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Positive attitude and strong teamwork approach
Good understanding of HACCP and kitchen hygiene
Good working level of English
