Temporary Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Administrator on behalf of one of our clients, based in Co. Kildare. This is a great opportunity for someone with similar previous experience who is comfortable working in a small team environment and has the ability to hit the ground running.

You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by handling a variety of admin and accounts support tasks.

Location: Kildare Town, Co. Kildare (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 10 weeks temporary role (Immediate Start)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm

Rate: €14.68 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Processing online payments accurately and carrying out regular reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Updating and maintaining the company CRM system, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data protection standards.
Preparing, publishing, and updating documents on the company website.
Supporting general office administration, including filing, handling correspondence, answering calls/emails, and maintaining records.
Monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing communications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc administrative or accounts-related tasks to meet business needs.

Following established SOPs and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications and experience:

Previous experience in a similar Accounts Admin role is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning new systems and following SOPs.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Ability to work fully onsite in Kildare Town.
