Environmental, Compliance & Sustainability Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated early-career environmental professional to join our Compliance Team. The successful candidate will support environmental monitoring, compliance, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to environmental legislation and company policies.

This hands-on role involves daily site engagement, data analysis, internal audits, and sustainability reporting, including ESG targets and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and IED Licence
Conduct inspections, audits, and sustainability reporting
Support EHS training, daily site walks, and safe practices
Assist in meeting ESG goals and tracking energy/water usage
Ensure records and corrective actions are maintained properly

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Science or Sustainability
1+ year relevant experience
Strong IT, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, ESG reporting
Experience in WEEE or compliance-based industries a plus
