Bluebird Care Galway is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, people-focused Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our busy office team. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role at the heart of our home care service.- Full-time, permanent role
- Office hours: 08:30–17:00, Monday–Friday (flexible by agreement)
- On-Call duties on a rota basis

- Be the first point of contact for customers and care staff
- Coordinate and manage daily care schedules
- Build positive relationships with customers, families, staff, and HSE professionals
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Support senior management with administration
- Take part in the On-Call rota.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
- Strong IT and admin skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Experience in home care or as a Care Assistant is an advantage, not essential
- Full driving licence desirable
