I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a growing industrial facility in Limerick for a Office Assistant. This is a hands-on, dual-focused role split evenly between administration and quality control duties — ideal for someone computer-literate, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging, tracking, and invoicing material loads using the in-house operating system
- General administrative support – managing documentation, data entry, and email correspondence
- Carrying out testing and performing basic quality checks
- Issuing certificates of compliance for processed materials
- Working closely with the production and admin team on compliance and record keeping
What We're Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable working in both office and workshop settings
- Detail-focused with good organisational skills
- Willingness to learn – full training provided, with the opportunity to gain a recognised industry qualification over time
The Team & Reporting Structure: You’ll be joining a small but expanding team
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
