Maintenance Electrician

A well-established FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced environment. With 15 years in operation, my client runs a fast-paced, highly automated production environment, known for its agility, technical expertise, commitment to quality, a young, motivated workforce, and products exported across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK.

• Support the operation and optimisation of controlled filling, packaging, and sachet lines
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving sensors, actuators, drives, and safety systems
• Support line changeovers, format adjustments, and SKU transitions to minimise downtime
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new automated equipment
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement activities

• Experience working with automated or high-speed production lines
• Experience with pneumatics, sensors, actuators, and variable speed drives
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Relevant electrical qualification

• Days role
• Salary: €50,000–€60,000 DOE

Easily commutable from Enniscorthy, Wexford Town, New Ross, Gorey, Carlow, and parts of Kilkenny.
