We are partnering with a global technology company at the forefront of digital advertising, business messaging, and artificial intelligence. They are seeking an experienced German-speaking Account Manager to support a portfolio of clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of established client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You'll help clients maximize business outcomes through digital advertising solutions, customer engagement tools, and emerging AI-powered technologies.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a portfolio of DACH-based client accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client investment
- Use data insights and performance analysis to develop growth strategies
- Drive adoption of advertising, messaging, and AI-powered business solutions
- Manage sales opportunities from discovery through to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues when required
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Fluent German and English
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Partnership roles
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and commercial targets
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience working with data to inform business decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred:
- Experience within digital advertising, marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Background working with large technology platforms, agencies, consulting firms, or enterprise software providers
- Exposure to AI-powered tools and automation technologies
- Work with globally recognised brands across the DACH region
