CPL Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator experience for a 3-4 month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south west Dublin, working fully onsite
Responsibilities Required:
- To assist in the Recruitment process by managing all correspondence
- High volume interview coordination and scheduling
- CV and applicant screening
- Working with organisation’s ATS and record data via Excel
- Working with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support and maintain all recruitment documentation and correspondence
Experience Required:
- Year Experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator position
- HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office experience
