Recruitment Coordinator - 3-4 Month Contract New

CPL Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator experience for a 3-4 month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south west Dublin, working fully onsite

Responsibilities Required:

  • To assist in the Recruitment process by managing all correspondence
  • High volume interview coordination and scheduling
  • CV and applicant screening
  • Working with organisation’s ATS and record data via Excel
  • Working with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support and maintain all recruitment documentation and correspondence

Experience Required:

  • Year Experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator position
  • HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office experience
