Our client, a global leader in semiconductor materials engineering and manufacturing equipment, is seeking a senior leader to manage Field Service Operations at a key customer site in Ireland. Reporting to the European Regional Manager, this role oversees 200+ engineers and multiple managers, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth in a high-impact environment

• Extensive experience in Field Service Operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-layered organisations (200+ employees).
• Strong track record in P&L ownership, budgeting, and operational excellence.
• Experience building and sustaining strategic executive-level customer partnerships.
• Demonstrated success driving process improvement and digital transformation.
• Exceptional influencing skills across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• A clear commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion

Role

• Own all operational activities at the Ireland customer site, including people leadership, customer engagement, P&L, and budget management.

• Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across onboarding, training, and daily operations.

• Expand market share, support system sales, and implement engagement models to manage the site as one profitable, integrated business unit.

• Build an inclusive, high-performing organisation with strong leaders and a robust pipeline of future talent.

• Establish transparent, trusted relationships with customer Fab executive leadership.
• Ensure alignment on installs, ramps, and long-term collaboration.

• Drive KPI ownership, leverage analytics tools, and lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.

• Achieve revenue growth and margin improvement through strategic planning and disciplined cost optimisation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in field service operations.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or similar industry is desirable
