The Role
As a Customer Support / Export Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting customers and internal stakeholders through efficient order processing and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders end-to-end using SAP (order placement, delivery, billing)
- Manage purchase orders including PO creation, goods receipt, and invoice matching
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks aligned with customer and market requirements
- Work collaboratively within a quality- and process-driven environment
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, order management, or similar environment
- Relevant 3rd level qualification (or equivalent experience) in:
- Import / Export or International Trade
- Business Studies
- Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Distribution
- Working knowledge of SAP (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel – Intermediate level; Outlook)
Desirable:
- Experience with purchasing systems
- Exposure to additional ERP or internal systems
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- High level of numerical accuracy
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Hybrid working model (3 days onsite)
