On behalf of my client, based in Cork City, I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary contract.

Contract length: 3 months (with potential to extend)

Hours: Monday - Friday; 9-5:30

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Input and consolidation of information to Excel from multiple sources
  • Reconciliation of lodgements from cashbooks to bank statements
  • Reconciliation of cash accounts
  • Preparation of VAT Returns
  • Payroll
  • Monitoring emails and responding to queries
  • General Office Administration
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an accounts department
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of MS Excel Skills
