Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Monday & Tuesday 9am- 5pm, Wednesday 12.30
- 5pm based in Citizen's Information Service
- Rockwood Parade.
- Reception cover - Responsibility for all personal and telephone callers to the service,
- Direct and transfer calls between lines,
- Ensuring adequate supply of up-to-date forms, publications, leaflets and information is available,
- Participant, complete and comply with covid-19 disinfection control and ensure the reception area and desk is always kept neat,
- Assisting the development manager in undertaking promotion of the services as required,
- Assisting the information officers in sourcing material,
- Dealing with ingoing and outgoing post,
- Comply with all CIS policies and procedures including all covid related matters,
- Partake in mandatory training and team meetings requested by the development manager,
- Partake in training courses in areas of interest to you
