Job Title: Warehouse Manager

I am partnering with my Cork based client that is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day running of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will manage a small team, ensure accurate and timely handling of stock and deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Plan and organise daily workloads, deliveries, and team rotas.
• Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, including container unloading and stock management.
• Ensure accurate stock control, cycle counts, and annual stocktakes.
• Drive process improvements and support continuous efficiency initiatives.
• Handle team issues fairly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
