Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst to join the company’s Operations Team
The role involves collaborating with senior management including the COO to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements, preparing reports, managing third-party services, and supporting internal audits. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in regulated financial services, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organisational skills.Additionally, personal attributes such as a positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities are highly valued.
Location: 18-20 Merrion St Upper, Dublin 2 , IrelandIn office attendance 4 days a week
Salary: 50,000 EURWorking hours: 40 hours per week
Focus Areas
As a key member of the Operations Team, the role will include:
Third-Party Management: Coordinate the management and oversight of services delivered by third parties to the business.Reporting: Input to and preparation of financial, compliance, and operational KPI reports.
Board Papers: Coordinate the delivery of monthly board papers, adhering to tight deadlines.
Legal Compliance: Assist in the issuance and recording of all borrower-level legal contracts/instructions.
Internal Audits: Assist teams in the internal audit process, tracking action items, and coordinating deliverables.
Operational Policies: Manage operational policies, ensuring compliance with outsourced procedures.
Regulatory Filings: Manage the annual review, certification issuance, and regulatory filings of the Fitness and Probity (F&P) obligations.
Conflict of Interest: Manage the annual review and issuance of Conflict of Interest (COI) declarations.
Project Support: Provide operational support to the COO on project initiatives to drive continuous improvements.
Administrative Tasks: Handle ad hoc administrative projects and tasks to support team members.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldExperience in operating in a regulated financial services Environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in loan and mortgage products
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Sharepoint with evidence of technical skills
Experience in project management, preferably with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Experience working within a complex business environment
