Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation for MEICA projects.

  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring that necessary materials and equipment are acquired in a timely manner.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, for analysis and review.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing MEICA projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be an advantage.
