You will be responsible for developing project plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities- Manage the complete project lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and external contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to schedules and resource allocation as required.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project status and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status and developments.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure that all work is completed in line with applicable regulatory standards and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is preferred.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
