Job Description
As a Recruitment & Marketing Administration Assistant, you will assist and shadow experienced recruitment and marketing professionals, gaining first-hand insight into office operations, recruitment processes, and digital marketing support activities.
This placement provides an opportunity to develop core administrative, communication, and systems skills, forming a strong foundation for a future career in recruitment, administration, or marketing support.
The participant will work closely with both the recruitment and marketing teams, supporting day-to-day operational activities across the business.
What the participant will do: Assist with managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
Support client and candidate enquiries, ensuring professional and positive interactions
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, updating records, and maintaining internal systems
Support recruitment advertising activities, including posting roles on company job boards and LinkedIn
Assist with maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with data protection requirements
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Support general office administration and operational tasks as required
Assist with Excel spreadsheets and basic reporting tasks
Support digital communication activities across recruitment and marketing functions
Systems & Technology Exposure
The participant will be trained in and gain hands-on experience using the following platforms:
SalesQL software platform
Glasshive CRM
Manatal ATS
ConnectWise CRM
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Role Description
Formal Training
Participate in a structured induction programme to become familiar with office protocols, systems, and procedures
Develop an understanding of recruitment and marketing administration processes
Learn best practices for data management, system accuracy, and professional communication
Gain exposure to recruitment lifecycle administration and marketing support activities
Build knowledge of CRM, ATS, and digital communication platforms
Informal Training
Shadow experienced recruitment and marketing professionals in day-to-day operations
Gain hands-on experience managing communication systems, including phone calls and emails
Receive continuous mentoring to develop professionalism, organisation, and workplace etiquette
Build time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced office environment- Sector:
