Job Description

Dynamic, well-established Clinic in Drumcondra, Dublin 9 is looking for a medical receptionist / administrator to join their busy team. This is an exceptional opportunity, and a start date mid October is ideally required.

The Role: Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Assist patients with paperwork
Answering the phone and taking patient questions
Filing, updating, and organizing patient records including maintain patients’ health records
Planning and coordinating laboratory tests, recalls and services
Inventory and ordering supplies
Sorting, opening, and answering mail
Transcribing medical information for doctors
Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality customer service
Collaborate with doctors and nurses (in time) to help with medical examinations, schedule tests and order supplies

Ensure compliance with procedures

The successful candidate will have: Experience of reception (medical background ideal)
