Administrative assistant required for very Busy team in Dublin 2 - Immediate Start, up to 36K!

The Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy team.
  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, manages specialized databases
  • Meeting Coordination, minutes and distribution
  • Financial Administration: Processing travel and subsistence claims for social workers, managing petty cash, and overseeing invoices
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handling highly sensitive files with strict adherence to GDPR and Freedom of Information (FOI) protocols.
Essential Requirements & Skills
  • Experience: At least two years of administrative experience, ideally within a health or social care setting.
  • IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking) and experience with case management software.
  • Legislation Knowledge: A working knowledge of the Children First National Guidance and relevant HIQA standards for child protection.
  • Communication: The ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism when dealing with distressed service users or families over the phone or at reception.
