FRS Recruitment is partnering with a leading Contract Logistics provider to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Manager. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded professional with strong client relationship and negotiation skills.

The Role

As Commercial Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters. You will:

• Build long-term client partnerships and deliver high levels of satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
• Monitor account profitability, prepare forecasts, and support revenue planning
• Lead or support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Deliver regular business reviews and commercial reporting to senior management

• 3+ years’ experience in account management or commercial roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships and commercial contracts
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines
• Professional qualifications in commercial or contract management are desirable
