For You:
Full-time positionSouth Dublin location
Salary of €30,000 to €32,000
Bonus of €4,000 per annum paid monthly
Pension, Healthcare, mobile phone plan
Hybrid working after probation
Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced call centreConsistently meet and improve performance through KPIs
Advise customers on their best options, in accordance with their needs
Key Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service / call centre environmentExcellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong team player
