Overview:
- Deliver large-scale business transformation projects for financial services clients
- Lead cross-functional workstreams from business case to project closure
- Engage with senior stakeholders and manage governance, reporting, and budgeting
- Use Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
- Support internal operations, business development and team coaching
- Produce high-quality client deliverables and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Required Experience:
- 7+ years in project management within financial services
- Track record delivering complex, multi-stream projects
- Strong stakeholder, financial, and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and project tools (e.g. Clarity)
- Degree-qualified with relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred

- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
