Location: Dublin 8Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39 Hours per week | Day & Night Shift Rotation
Salary: €37,281.40 (includes Unsocial Hours Allowance, alternate Saturdays/Sundays and night allowance)

This Care Assistant role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for vulnerable adults within a structured residential setting operated by a respected non-profit organisation.
You will support residents in their day-to-day routines while helping promote dignity, wellbeing, inclusion and stability within a supportive and resident-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:
Support residents within a safe residential environmentAssist with daily routines and wellbeing support

Maintain cleanliness and complete safety checks

What You’ll Need:
Experience supporting vulnerable adults within care, community or residential settingsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and computer skills
Flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts
Ability to work independently and within a team
Desirable:
QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or Social Care qualificationFirst Aid, Fire Safety or HACCP training
Knowledge of addiction support and recovery approaches
Subject to:
Garda VettingInternational Police Clearance where applicable
