We are seeking an experienced Cook or Chef to join our kitchen team in the daily preparation and delivery of high quality, wholesome, nutritious meals and snacks for the children attending our centre.

• Minimum 1-year’s experience in a similar role
• Ability to create and deliver a 4-week menu cycle in line with School meals nutrition guidelines and allergen requirements
• Ensure that the catering service is appropriately prepared for Pobal and Environmental Health inspections
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, including the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Manage the efficient co-ordination of the daily running of the Kitchen environment in line with Childcare Preschool Services Regulations, HACCP guidelines and Safe Catering policies and our Childcare Services policies and procedures.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for smooth running of services
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
