An exciting opportunity has opened for a German speaking Mid-Market AI Business Partner to join a high-performing commercial team supporting one of the world’s most innovative AI organisations.
This is not a traditional sales development role. Instead, it is a strategic, consultative position focused on engaging senior decision-makers in meaningful conversations around AI transformation, business growth, data strategy, and operational efficiency.
You’ll work with mid-market organisations and global brands, helping leaders understand where AI can create measurable value. This role is ideal for someone commercially driven, intellectually curious, and confident engaging C-suite stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Pipeline Development- Identify and engage new business opportunities through targeted, high-quality outreach
- Conduct deep account research, stakeholder mapping, and market analysis
- Build strategic hypotheses on where AI can solve real business challenges
- Lead consultative conversations with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Uncover business pain points, growth blockers, and transformation goals
- Translate complex AI solutions into clear commercial value propositions
- Work closely with senior Account Executives / Directors on territory planning
- Deliver high-quality, well-qualified opportunities with clear next steps
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
- Stay informed on AI, SaaS, and digital transformation trends
- Become a trusted voice in the market through insight-led engagement
- Native / fluent German+ strong English
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative commercial roles
- Strong interest in AI, technology, SaaS, or innovation
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and executives
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and questioning skills
- Commercial mindset with strong curiosity and business acumen
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
