Head of Social Care New
CPL Healthcare is currently partnering with a new and innovative social care provider to recruit a Head of Social Care to support the organisation's rapid expansion across Dublin and surrounding counties.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with a progressive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people across a range of residential services — including mainstream and intellectual disability settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, development, and governance of children’s residential services, ensuring that services meet all regulatory standards and truly deliver positive outcomes for young people.You will help shape the strategic direction of the organisation while providing hands-on leadership across multiple locations.
Selection Criteria:
- A recognised degree in Social Care or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within children’s residential care services at management level (House Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager)
- Experience working within both mainstream and intellectual disability services.
- Strong understanding of HIQA standards, the Child Care Act, and safeguarding frameworks.
- Proven leadership, team-building, and service development skills.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport (role will involve regional travel).
