Lead Data Analytics Engineer (AI - ML Platform)

We are seeking a pivotal Lead Data Analytics Engineer to drive the data and AI strategy for our Global Technology Service. You will work across Engineering, Product, and Design teams to unlock key insights, build intelligent features, and significantly improve system performance and safety across our platform.

This is a senior role requiring technical leadership to influence the analytics, AI, and optimization roadmap.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and machine learning models.
• Own the full lifecycle of data science projects, from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to embed data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights and develop predictive models for system integrity and operational efficiency.
• Champion data quality, governance, and observability; mentor junior team members.

• Significant experience in applied analytics, data science, or machine intelligence.
• Proven track record designing and deploying scalable ML models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing ELT pipelines on Azure
• Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling and performance metrics.
• Background in building recommender systems, anomaly detection, or time-series forecasting.
